Insurance and Medicare FAQs

Does RapidRxUSA accept insurance or Medicare?
RapidRxUSA does not bill insurance companies or Medicare directly and cannot accept insurance as payment. All orders must be paid for at checkout using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

After your purchase, you may submit your receipt to your insurance provider or Medicare for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company or Medicare directly to confirm their specific eligibility and reimbursement requirements.

Will Medicare reimburse me for my purchase?
If you are enrolled in Medicare and would like to determine whether a product purchased from us may qualify for reimbursement, please contact Medicare directly at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227).

When calling, have your Medicare ID number available, along with the HCPCS code for the item you are inquiring about.

Some commonly used HCPCS codes for diabetic supplies include:

  • Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) or Receiver: E2102

  • Blood Glucose Test Strips (for Home Blood Glucose Monitor): A4253

  • Home Blood Glucose Monitor: E0607

For the most accurate and up-to-date coverage information, we recommend confirming eligibility and reimbursement requirements directly with Medicare.
